TOURS & TICKETS WORLDWIDE, S.L. makes available to the public (hereinafter, the \u201cuser\u201d) who accesses the WEBSITE information about its tourism services, as well as the possibility of booking and paying for such services directly through the channels enabled for that purpose (hereinafter, \u201cCONTENT\u201d and \u201cSERVICES\u201d). The WEBSITE therefore has both an informational and a transactional nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The terms, conditions and procedure applicable to the electronic contracting of tourism services are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Contract, which form an integral part of this Legal Notice for all purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THIRD.- PROPER USE OF THE SERVICES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The user undertakes to use the Services in a diligent, correct and lawful manner. In particular, and by way of example only and without limitation, the following is prohibited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FOURTH.- RULES OF CONDUCT IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Users may contact TOURS & TICKETS WORLDWIDE, S.L. through its customer service, available permanently by email (24 hours, with no guaranteed response time), provided they comply with the following code of conduct:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. No user may impersonate another person or organisation. Identity theft may constitute an infringement or offence under the Spanish Criminal Code and Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Disrespectful or offensive language may not be used. Messages containing threats, serious insults or comments that may be demeaning are not acceptable. TOURS & TICKETS WORLDWIDE, S.L. reserves the right to remove such content and to take any appropriate legal action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. It is prohibited to use the customer service channel to present, cite or recommend third-party companies or websites, or to carry out marketing actions or send unsolicited communications (\u201cspam\u201d). TOURS & TICKETS WORLDWIDE, S.L. may delete such content and the accounts responsible, without prejudice to bringing the facts to the attention of the competent authorities (including, where applicable, the Spanish Data Protection Agency) when the conduct may constitute an infringement of the regulations on unsolicited commercial communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SIXTH.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in connection with this Legal Notice, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada (Spain), without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdictions that, in accordance with the applicable regulations, may correspond to the consumer based on their domicile, and without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence when it is located outside Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For consumers resident in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 1215\/2012 shall apply, where appropriate, which may confer jurisdiction on the courts of the consumer\u2019s domicile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
