- Bring your valid ID card or passport to access the monument.
- Children must be included in the reservation, as they will be required to have a ticket to access the monument.
- Bring a mobile phone with sufficient battery and headphones; you will receive the audio guide instructions by email.
- Please note that the Mosque ticket also provides access to the Fernandine Churches.
- This is an active place of worship: shoulders and knees must be covered and silence must be maintained.
- Tripods and flash photography are not permitted inside the site.
- The Bell Tower is not included and requires a separate ticket.
